Amazing Avos

Want great skin through the winter? Start adding avos into your diet more often! They’re a fantastic source of essential nutrients like: healthy fats, folic acid, vitamin E, fibre, and potassium.

Here are some of the easiest ways to add a little avo in your meals:
·      Add a few slices atop a bowl of cottage cheese
·      Mash avo, add a dash of lemon juice- serve on toast
·      Add atop a bed of greens
·      Use as a ‘winter salad’ alongside steak or chicken breast
·      Avos are amazing on a slice of pizza
·      Mashed avos are a great addition to wraps
