How to glow.

A glow can be snapped up sans cosmetic tricks and it’s certainly not ageist. A glow will get you from puberty to post-menopause – if you’re willing to feed this delightful beast all that it needs.

Get more Sleep: This is a deal-breaker. I bet the morning after any wild – or late – night you’ve had, dark circles, duller complexion and deeper, more dehydrated lines abound, right? Right. Sleep is the number-one step to getting a glow. Try for eight hours of shut-eye – on average – and down a warm glass of water with the juice of half a lemon in it before breakfast to cleanse and crank up toxin elimination.
Get An Inner Glow: If in doubt, go green. If you’re feeling that your complexion is appearing dull and a bit motley, then trial a day of greens and fruits. Cut out coffee, alcohol and anything with preservatives, and opt for vegetables, lean meat and fish, fruits and ease up on the sugar, salt and starch. This is not a diet by any means, but you may find when pallor is floundering, a boost of nature’s vitamins and minerals makes all the difference.
Clean Up Good + Proper: Cleansing the day away is absolutely essential to stimulate the surface of the skin and ensure the skin is receptive to moisturisers. Twice a week, exfoliate with a manual, granule product to physically slough away dead skin cells (revealing brighter ones) as well as stimulating the blood vessels beneath the skin which boosts the circulation, giving off a more flushed, glowy vibe.  Come in and see one of our therapist who can prescribe the right product regime for your skin concerns
Go Deep with Goodness: We’ve been beating the serum drum big time here at Bronzalicious, and for good reason. Serums are key when it comes to unlocking your skin’s potential glow. We stock a huge range of serums, that replenish fatty acids, repair cellular damage and aid the skin’s repair system. Now, all these things combined ensure that the complexion is correcting and protecting itself, whilst also providing glowy plumpness.
Maximise Moisture: Serums cannot garner a glow alone so additional moisturising is imperative if you want to maintain long-term skin health. If you’re not sure if your moisturiser or oil is doing you any favours, ask yourself how skin feels. Is it tight and does it feel papery and parched to touch? You may need to amp up the hydration. You will be amazed at how much of a visible improvement the right consistency of cream can make.
