Post-Cleanse

If you've just completed a cleanse, there's a good chance you may not be sure what your next course of action should be. It can be easy to both over-eat or simply eat a lot of the wrong things post-cleanse, which is why it's important to have a post-cleanse plan before you ever begin to detox your body.

Post-Cleanse 'Feel Good' Maintenance:

  • Drink water with lemon each morning
  • Continue drinking green juice on a regular basis
  • Avoid gluten, dairy & sugar as much as possible 

To avoid binge eating once you've completed your cleanse, experts recommend eating and drinking every 2-3 hours - meals and snacks that contain both protein and healthy fats are suggested.
