Cash in on that 'Cup of Joe'

It used to always be said that drinking coffee was terrible for your body and skin, but it's turning out that those old notions just aren't true. Naturally, no one is arguing that drinking water is the best for you, but a girls gotta have her caffeine fix every now and then too!


Cue in on these coffee pointers:

  • As with most things, you get what you pay for, higher quality coffee tastes better and is better for you 
  • Look for organic, fair-trade, or single origin listed on the label 
  • Pair your coffee with a healthy snack like a few hard boiled eggs or a piece of fruit for a more nourished, long lasting feel 
  • Provide a boost of cortisol pre-working for increased energy
