Easy Ways to Stay Hydrated




















Staying hydrated throughout the day is not only important to your overall health, but it has a huge impact on the quality and condition of your skin and hair as well. Aside from sipping on water all day, there are many other ways to easily keep your body healthy and hydrated. We're sharing a few suggestions below:

  • Eat water-rich foods: watermelon, citrus, cucumbers, celery, strawberries, yogurt & oatmeal are all great ideas
  • Make your water interesting: try infusing your water with various fruits and herbs for a delicious flavor and mineral/vitamin boost! 
  • Sip sports water, coconut water, and tea for a flavor change.
