Benefits of Green Tea

The health and wellness benefits of drinking green tea are well known and documented fact. We're just happy that tea is an enjoyable beverage to sip on, and not at all hard to work into a daily routine. 


New research however, is indicating that drinking green tea can improve your working memory- allowing you to best retain what you read or learn. Yet another reason to indulge in an afternoon cup of tea!
