Skin Saving Snacks



One fruit you don’t hear about quite often enough in relation to it’s skin saving goodness is the kiwi fruit. A kiwi has more vitamin C per ounce than nearly any other fruit! They’re portable, tangy & delicious, and they work well in combination with many other fruits and ingredients.

*Eat a kiwi for a snack
*Add kiwi to your greek yoghurt, cereal, or oatmeal
*Whip up a fruit salad with kiwi and other favorite fruits


The Vitamin C helps maintain collagen in your skin by keeping it supple and firm. Kiwi is thought to have higher levels of Vitamin C because it protects all the nutrients under that silly furry skin.
