Coconut Date Shake Recipe


This would be a lovely breakfast shake or afternoon snack for two. The coconut will give you long lasting energy to feel great for your entire day.

        Ingredients:
1/3 cup creamy peanut or almond butter
5 pitted, soft medjool dates
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cups ice
pinch salt

Combine everything in a blender then blend until completely smooth.
