Detox Bath

Have you ever tried a detoxifying bath at home? It’s soothing and easy- making for a great way to incorporate a little ‘self care’ into your evening.

To begin: Fill half your bathtub with warm water. Add 1 cup of Epsom salts and 1 cup of apple cider vinegar to the water. This combination will draw dirt and grime from your pores and also works to relieve joint pain.


Try lighting a candle and dimming the lights to increase your level of relaxation. Ahhh, does a body good.
