The low-down on growing healthy nails



Having healthy hair, nails, and glowing skin are a sure sign of a healthy person. These are things we all strive for in our own lives. Here are a few tips you can keep in mind if you’re trying to grow healthier nails.


Obviously if you’re a nail biter the first step will be to kick that habit to the curb-for good. Otherwise, the key to healthy nails begins with a healthy diet. Healthy fats found in nuts and avocados are great. Be sure to moisturise daily and use a cuticle cream once a week at least. Filing your nails appropriately is a must to allow them to grow their healthiest. Never file back and forth, instead file each side toward the center only ever working in that direction.
