Bedtime Habits to Banish Today
Breaking bad skincare habits is the best
way you can improve your skin tone and complexion naturally. For many of us, bad
nighttime habits can promote poor skin health- and we’re not even aware it’s
happening! Banish bad habits now to take steps towards a happier, healthier
skin tone.
Establishing
a good cleansing routine is the #1 way to make
improvements in your skincare routine. Making sure that you remove your makeup
and cleanse and moisturise your face each night is one habit that will have the
biggest impact on your life and skin.
Leave
your hair loose. Pulling your hair back tight each
night can cause serious breakage and even a receding hairline. Instead, let
your locks loose at night, and switch to a silk pillowcase for your hair and
skins’ sake.
Oral
health. As important as good skin care is, oral
care is essential to a healthy mind, body and being as well. Brushing,
flossing, and swishing with mouthwash nightly is a good way to keep your teeth
and mouth healthy.
Forgetting hand/cuticle cream. Your body can repair, rest, and restore while you are sleeping. Applying all your deep moisturising creams at night is the ideal time to get some restorative healing going on!

The low-down on liquid bronzers
Liquid bronzers
can be intimidating at first, when all you’ve ever known is the powder. But
once you realise the full, glowy potential in that pretty little bottle we’re
quite sure you’ll be willing to give this a go!
Liquid bronzer
is different than self tanner, so there is no staining involved (on your hands
or sheets). Liquid bronzer washes off with water, so simply apply it like you
would a liquid foundation: your fingers, a brush, or sponge.
Liquid bronzers
are also layerable- so feel free to add your powder bronzer on top for added
dimension. It can give depth to the tan without using a lot of powder. Ensure
you’re only applying the bronzer to the bridge of your nose, your jawline, and
the hollows of your cheeks. It should be used to make your features pop, and
over-all use of bronzer comes off flat looking.
Even if you’re
using the liquid bronzers in a layering method, the original liquid formula
will still give your skin a dewy, erethral glow.

Using your sense of smell to relax
Helping your
body to relax after a stressful day, or a long work week is a great habit for
good overall health. The ability to relax your mind, body, & senses is
essential to healing. Our bodies mainly repair themselves while we sleep, so getting
relaxed before bed can even promote better skin.
The following
scents are most commonly voted as the most relaxing:
Vanilla- naturally makes
people feel at ease, the scent is soothing, and promotes good sleep
Lavender- the essential
oils in lavender are naturally calming, and increases drowsiness
Scent of baked goods-who
doesn’t love baked goods and their comfort inducing smells
Cucumber- the clean, fresh
scent is said to reduce anxiety and increase relaxed feelings
Which scent do you find most relaxing?

Trending Look: Dark Lips & bare lined eyes
This Winter and Fall are all about deep,
moody colors. All jewel tones need apply. We’re loving this makeup combination
in particular. A deep, moody lipstick- matte or glossy. Paired with a nearly
nude eye and a lovely lined lid. Cat-eye, upside down cat-eye, or big wings all
work well. Your lips and lined lids will command all the drama, so accessorize
gently.

Wonderful Winter Makeup
Glossy lids, matte lips, and ombre nails
all come together with some of the seasons hottest trends to create a look
you’ll not soon forget. Glossy lids first made their debut in the Fall, but
they’re holding strong in popularity. While it’s not the easiest look to get to
stay put, it more than makes up for it’s difficulty in the dramatics factor.
The shades of violet ombre nails are spot
on, pure loveliness. The color matched lip and nails are a fun way to tie
things together.

Priori Coffeeberry Ingredient
Did you know that Coffeeberry is
nature’s most potent anti-aging botanical ingredient discovered to date?
Knowing that, wouldn’t you like to get your hands on some? Well now you can,
thanks to Priori’s Coffeeberry line of products.
Coffeeberry has been measured to
be a 3x more potent anti-oxidant than green tea. Coffeeberry has a unique
composition that allows it to dramatically reduce fine lines and wrinkles as
well as working to even and correct irregular skin tone.
This coffeeberry product delivers
cosmeceutical results derived from a botanical form! Because plants are unable
to move from sun to shade, they have developed antioxidant cellular defenses to
combat free radicals, oxidative stress, and aging. Coffee plants are grown in
the sun drenched equatorial regions of the world, so the fruit of the coffee
plants have in turn developed superior free radical defense compounds called
polyphenols that will greatly benefit your skin.

Cuticle Care
Aside from our hair and skin drying out
each winter season, we’d be remiss to forget about our nails. Nails and
cuticles dry out just as badly as our skin and hair, and can benefit from a
little extra attention when the temperatures drop. A designated cuticle cream
can moisturise and nourish your nails and cuticles, helping you make your
mani’s last longer, and your nails feel stronger.

All Oiled Up
While it may seem counterintuitive to add
oils to your face if you suffer from an oily complexion, it can actually be a
great way to get your skin in balance. Those who suffer from an oily complexion
actually have a face that over-produces oil if it gets dried out. A facial oil
added into your beauty routine can help to be sure your skin never dries out to
the point where it over-produces oil, and can keep your skin softer and
smoother.
