Exfoliate & Get Glowy

Exfoliation is the key to glowing skin because your complexion looks radiant when it’s smooth and reflects light. Exfoliation removes the dead skin cells that pile up which diffuses light and makes your skin appear dull. 

When you’ve got a choice, exfoliate in the evening to remove the debris from the day as well. There IS such a thing as over-exfoliation though, which simply leads to irritated skin, so limit your exfoliation to twice a week to avoid any problems.
